INSTALLATION

The Technology

The installation of your new phone system can be exciting and confusing. Leave it to a Cypress CT technician to make sure everything is done efficiently and professionally. Depending on the size of your specific phone system, the technician will be able to coordinate the time frame of the conversion once they arrive. Installation of a new phone system can also be invasive, with Cypress CT we pride ourselves on efficiency to keep your office from being distracted by our presence.

TRAINING

The Solution

Cypress CT not only will install your phone system but we will train you as well. We understand how scary and frustrating it can be to purchase a new phone system but then you don’t know how to use the phones. We offer hands on training during new phone system installations. The technicians at Cypress CT are happy to work with your schedule to set up training sessions for users and administrators. Our training includes phone system features, administrative programming, and software components (if applicable). For systems larger than 40 users we do scheduled training sessions to rotate through departments such as Sales and Customer Service at your company.

Once your system has been installed, we are happy to offer maintenance plans or schedule service visits to keep software and extensions up-to-date. We offer 24/7 emergency support, including holidays.
